wisdomscribe.ai provides an AI-powered website building platform that enables users to create, customize, and publish websites using natural language commands. Our Service includes AI agents for website design, layout, content creation, and optimization, website hosting services, SEO optimization tools, WhatsApp integration capabilities, website analytics and tracking, blog management features, and responsive design templates.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain and promptly update your account information; maintain the security of your password and account; accept responsibility for all activities under your account; and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Service to violate any laws, create websites containing illegal or harmful content, infringe upon intellectual property rights, distribute spam or malware, engage in fraud, interfere with our Service, attempt unauthorized access, use automated data extraction, or create websites promoting discrimination, hatred, or violence.
5. AI-Generated Content
Our AI agents generate content based on your instructions. While we strive for accuracy and quality, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You retain ownership of the content you provide and the final website created using our Service.
6. Payment Terms
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, and you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, wisdomscribe.ai SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, harmful activities, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
